For some patients, it is really difficult to travel to our dental office in order to receive necessary dental work. Whether from mobility challenges or insufficient funds for transportation, these patients desperately deserve to experience good oral health, just as much as the rest of us. Through her partnership and efforts with the Medical Teams International Dental Van, Dr. Ramsay can bring the dental office to those who need it most and give more patients in the Yamhill Community healthier, more confident smiles.

Are you an active patient at Evans Street Dental and getting ready to graduate high school? Would you like to make college more affordable for you and your family? Dr. Ramsay is grateful for the opportunities that her education has given her over the years and wants others to experience the same rewards. Evans Street Dental has recently started awarding a graduating senior patient with a scholarship toward their further education and skillset development.

If you would like to apply for this scholarship, complete the following:

1. Fill out the application form below.

2. Send us your official high school transcript.

3. Type a 250-word essay about your education plans and future goals.

4. Send two typed letters of recommendation (one letter from a teacher or school administrator and one from an adult who is not a family member).

5. Send your transcript, essay, and letters by regular mail to:
